Approvals

The approval lookup data management query is used to enter the required approval status.

Note: Data Management Queries being used by the approvals function will need to be placed onto Approval page type navigation menus.

In the example above example the data management query has been filtered to only show the approval lookup values. It has also been set up to default the Table Code to Approvals and the Field Code to AppSta for any new records.

In the above example three approval status records have been created.

The Load - Approvals data management query is used to assign approval status to Load records.

In the above example the Load - Approval Data Management Query has selected several fields and placed them in the order that they should appear on an the Load - Approvals tab on the approvals page. One of the fields is the Approved Status field, which will be available for editing on the approvals tab.

The Data Approval Navigation menu is used to display the approval data management queries ids assigned to the page.

In the above example two data management queries ids have been assigned to the Data Approval page. This page has been moved under the Material Movements menu.
